2022 Annual Conference & Exhibition

ACI-NA is thrilled to reconnect the airport industry together again during the 2022 ACI-NA Annual Conference and Exhibition. We could not be more excited to see everyone together again September 17 – 20, 2022, in Minneapolis, MN. Over the years, attendees have counted on the ACI-NA Annual Conference and Exhibition to stay ahead of emerging trends, see the latest industry solutions, and connect with friends and colleagues.  While so much has changed in our ever-evolving industry, attendees can continue to count on ACI-NA to deliver a forward-thinking conference agenda that positions the industry for success in the years to come.

CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND REFUND POLICIES

NEW! NO RISK EARLY Bird Rate Cancellation Policy:

Register by 7/22/2022 (the early bird deadline) and cancel up until Thursday, September 15, 2022 and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

 

For those not registered by the early bird deadline of 7/22/2022, the cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected], by Friday, August 19, 2022.  Cancellations received by Friday, August 19, 2022 are eligible to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. This policy applies to all registrations including guest registrations. Refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the conference.  There are NO refunds for non-early bird registration notices received after the cancellation deadline of Friday, August 19, 2022.  At this date, we are unable to issue a refund for ANY reason as we will have guaranteed your participation with our vendors and event partners and we are unable to provide a refund of your registration fees. Substitutions will be honored at any time. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel this conference.  In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund registration fees in full.  Any costs incurred by the registrant such as hotel cancellation, airline penalties, etc. are the responsibility of the registrant.

Program

Description
Check the box to the left if you want to register a guest. Each Guest must be the guest of a Full Conference registrant. Guests cannot register on their own. A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or associate within the industry may not use the Guest registration category. Guest registration includes attendance at all exhibition hall events, awards luncheons and closing event.

Experience art, music, and film during this walking tour of MSP’s award-winning Arts@MSP program. Explore the latest commissioned artwork, rotating exhibits, and installations around MSP Airport, including the eye-catching restroom mosaics, all while learning about MSP’s commitment to arts and culture. Tours will begin at 8:00 a.m. with buses picking up participations at 7:00 a.m.  Transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided. If you have a flight time before 12 p.m. CST on Wednesday, September 21, we recommend that you do not sign up for a tour.

Learn how MSP is leading the way of prioritizing accessibility throughout the airport. This walking tour will feature inside looks at leading training facilities, single-use restrooms, and accessibility programs vital to increasing accessibility at MSP Airport. Tours will begin at 8:00 a.m. with buses picking up participations at 7:00 a.m.  Transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided. If you have a flight time before 12 p.m. CST on Wednesday, September 21, we recommend that you do not sign up for a tour.

ACI-NA has established an ACI-NA Educational Foundation that will be used to provide educational scholarships for courses or educational programs beneficial to airport administration to qualified students, including employees of Airport Members of Airport Operators Council International, Inc. The foundation has obtained tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Sec. 501(c)(3) from the IRS, so any contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law for U.S. taxpayers. Moreover, 100% of funds received will be provided to qualified students as ACI-NA will donate all administrative services necessary to process contributions and distribution of funds.
