2023 Annual Conference & Exhibition
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations sent to [email protected] on or before July 14, 2023 are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after July 14, 2023. After this date, ACI-NA has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-attendance is not eligible for refunds. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to [email protected]. 

ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of the registration fees. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Description
Check the box to the left if you want to register a guest. Guests cannot register independently; the attendee must register the guest. A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not attending for business or educational purposes. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration. Guest registration includes attendance at all exhibition hall events, awards luncheons, and event receptions.
