2026 Airports@Work Conference

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations sent to [email protected] on or before February 6, 2026 are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after February 6, 2026. After this date, ACI-NA has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-attendance is not eligible for refunds. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to [email protected]. 

ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of the registration fees. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
